• Night Shift: Monday- Thursday ( Must be available Monday- Sunday 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM]
• Weekend Warrior Shift: [Friday – Sunday, 12-hour shifts 6:00AM-6:00PM] No Overtime Required: Keep your weekdays completely free! Perfect for students or anyone needing a predictable schedule.
️ What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities)
As an Assembly Operator, you will be a crucial part of the production line, ensuring high-quality products are built efficiently and safely.
Assemble components accurately according to standard operating procedures.
Perform quick quality checks on finished parts to spot defects.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Skills and Experience:

No prior manufacturing experience? No problem! We provide on-the-job training. We just need you to bring a great attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. • Excellent punctuality and reliable transportation to our Murfreesboro facility.
