Job Description
We are recruiting for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join a rapidly growing and innovative organization in the Woodland area. Our client offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a fun, collaborative and team focused environment.
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a small assembly team, inventory, distribution, quality control and ensuring strong customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with at least five years’ experience in manufacturing, assembly production and customer service operations, with at least two years of supervisory experience.
• Salary range: $80,000-$100,000 DOE • Location: Woodland, CA • Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-4:30 (with flexibility) • Direct Hire
Primary Responsibilities • Supervise and support assemblers in daily production activities • Build and manage the production schedule to meet fulfillment targets • Develop, document, and maintain SOPs for assembly, QC, and fulfillment • Coordinate orders, delivery timelines, and communication with customers • Track inventory levels and proactively communicate material needs • Train and mentor assemblers on build processes, standards, and safety • Monitor production and fulfillment metrics; report to the Head of Operations • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations to align on demand • Support the sales team with product knowledge and coordination • Maintain a safe, clean, organized production floor
Skills & Qualifications • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field or 5+ years of equivalent hands‑on experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations • 2+ year of supervisory experience • Mechanically inclined and experience troubleshooting wiring and production issues • Ability to write SOPs and work instructions • Ability to remain calm under pressure, organized, and thrive on schedules and checklists • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work comfortably in a warehouse environment
