Controls Assembly Lead (Skid Wiring Team Lead) The Controls Assembly Lead combines hands-on electrical assembly with leadership responsibilities. This role supports team coordination, training, quality control, and continuous improvement while ensuring projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Lead assembly of electrical systems per drawings, BOMs, and standards Train and support skid wiring team members Coordinate workflow and resource allocation with scheduling Perform wiring, routing, and component installation as needed Review and update drawings with redline markups Identify and resolve build and design issues Partner with quality and engineering teams on improvements Maintain safety, quality, and production standards 1st shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:30AM – 4:30PM Pay: $25-$30/hr. Location: Racine, WI. Job Type: Direct Hire.
