Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or strategic HR roles
Experience in designing and implementing enterprise talent programs in global organizations
Expertise in leadership development, performance management, and succession planning
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, I / O Psychology, Business, or a related field required
