Job Title: Production Associate - 2nd Shift

Required Skills:

• Strong commitment to safety protocols and an ability to maintain awareness of your surroundings.

• Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs). • Attention to detail-ensuring that only the highest quality products reach our customers.

• Ability to adapt to various tasks and departments, showing flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

• Cleanliness and organization skills, keeping your workspace hazard-free and tidy at all times.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in packaging, paper, or plastics.

• Familiarity with machine operation and the capability to support machine efficiency.

• Proficiency in completing production reports and data accurately and on time.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED. • Prior work experience in the packaging industry or at least six months of experience in a manufacturing operation.

Other Requirements:

• Must be adaptable to occasional overtime and shifts during holidays, as our customers depend on us 24/7, 365 days a year.

• Willingness to participate in continual learning and cross-training on different machines.
