Key Responsibilities • Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner, adhering to all company policies and procedures. • Safely transport completed picks to the designated packing staging area. • Communicate consistently with the Picking Team Lead to address and resolve any discrepancies or errors. • Follow quality standards, promptly reporting any inventory issues to the Team Lead. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that containers and picking areas are always functioning properly. • Pack customer orders accurately by reviewing product SKUs, weights, and quantities before shipping. • Efficiently seal, label, and stack packages for shipment, loading them onto trailers as required. • Collaborate with other departments as directed by management, supporting Fulfillment Center operations. Qualifications: • Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively. • Experience with RF scanners is a plus but not essential. • Commitment to following safety guidelines and maintaining a safe work environment.
