Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a driven and experienced Clinical Recruiter to support Direct Hire healthcare placements. This role is ideal for an agency recruiter who thrives in a high-performance, sourcing-driven environment and is motivated by full-cycle recruiting, pipeline building, and closing top talent.

This position focuses on recruiting clinical professionals, including Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), Allied Health professionals, and Clinical Leadership (Manager/Director-level).

Key Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Direct Hire clinical healthcare roles • Execute high-volume outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple geographic markets • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings, including clinical experience, certifications, compensation expectations, and motivators • Partner with internal sales and account management teams to align on client needs and market insights • Guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer acceptance • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within Bullhorn ATS • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience while operating with urgency and efficiency

What Success Looks Like • Consistent candidate generation through proactive sourcing strategies • High-quality candidate submittals and strong placement outcomes • Ability to successfully fill challenging and hard-to-fill clinical roles • Achievement of KPIs related to submittals, interviews, and placements • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and results-driven performance

Qualifications

Required: • 2+ years of agency recruiting experience • Proven success in Direct Hire placements • Strong sourcing and talent identification skills

Preferred: • Experience recruiting within clinical healthcare (RN, LVN, Allied Health, or Leadership roles)
