Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing dealers and distributors to introduce new canopy products, features, and seasonal promotions.

Handling the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing, including providing accurate price quotes, checking stock availability, and converting quotes into formal orders.

Identifying new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, following up on e-commerce leads, and researching potential accounts.

Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge regarding commercial-grade canopies, custom branding/graphics options, and replacement parts to assist customers with specific application needs.

Working closely with the warehouse, graphics department, and logistics to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery dates.

Updating CRM databases with accurate customer interactions, processing returns, and assisting with general office administration within the sales department.
