The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our clients. This role requires an understanding of talent management and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with potential candidates and clients. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we have the right people in place to drive our success.

What You’ll Do:

• Sourcing Talent:

• Get creative with your sourcing—think job boards, social media, and your own network—to find the best candidates out there.

• Review resumes and conduct initial phone chats to spot top talent.

• Coordinate Interviews:

• Set up interviews and help keep everything organized, making sure candidates and hiring managers are prepped and ready.

• Be involved in the interview process and assist in creating a great experience for everyone.

• Stay Connected:

• Keep candidates in the loop with updates and feedback, making sure they feel valued throughout the process.

• Build strong relationships with candidates, encouraging them to share their experiences with others.

• Work with Hiring Managers:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand what they need and help shape our recruitment strategies.

• Share insights about the job market and suggest ways to attract the right people.

• Track Progress:

• Keep records of candidates and recruitment metrics to show how things are going.

• Prepare simple reports to highlight your successes.

• Promote Our Brand:

• Help spread the word about what is so great about working with Pascoe Workforce Solutions.

• Represent us at job fairs and other events, engaging with potential candidates and clients.

Experience

• Strong interpersonal and marketing skills for recruitment purposes.

• Self motivated-you run your own desk

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
