Plus, the more hours you work, the more meaningful prizes you can unlock with Respect the Craft — our recognition program specially designed to help tradespeople grow and thrive in their careers.ResponsibilitiesHours: 5x8's, Monday-Friday, 40+ hoursClean, sand, and repair surfaces like drywall, wood, and metal to ensure proper adhesion of paint.Use tape, drop cloths, and plastic sheeting to protect adjacent surfaces, fixtures, and floors.Apply primer to enhance paint adhesion and ensure a smooth final finish.Apply paint using rollers and brushes for detailed and precise work, especially in corners and edges.Operate and maintain spray equipment for large surface areas, ensuring even and efficient coverage.Layer paint as needed, allowing proper drying time between coats.Operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, and climb ladders safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas.Clean and maintain rollers, brushes, and spray equipment to ensure longevity and optimal performance.Properly store paint and dispose of waste materials according to safety guidelines.
