Once complete please call our Recruiter Marlo Vazquez Cell (510) 227-7779 Responsibilities:- Assist and manage multiple high-end residential remodels in San Francisco and southernMarin County- Utilize JobTread for project specifications, change orders, schedules, and budgets- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers- Oversee the construction process from pre-development to post-construction- Assist with budgeting, document compilation, and reporting- Identify and issue Change Orders- Resolve production problems and inefficiencies- Support production staff and ensure timely material orders- Verify subcontractor documentationExpectations:- Confident, humble, eager, empathetic, and innovative- Forward-thinking and accountable with excellent communication skills- Tech-savvy and comfortable working onsite and in our San Francisco office- Able to stand or walk for extended periods
