Heavy Equipment Operator

Responsibilities • Safely operate a lull/telehandler to move materials, equipment, and supplies around commercial construction sites • Staging materials inside of a laydown yard • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and staging materials for crews • Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks • Follow all site safety rules, project manager, and foreman instructions • Work closely with other trades and site personnel to support project progress • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements • Must be at least 18 years old with valid right-to-work documents in the U.S. • Must have a current unexpired lull/telehandler certification • 2+years of experience operating a lull/telehandler on commercial construction projects • Valid OSHA-10 certification – Preferred and not required • Must be able to stay on tasks and work independently • Strong understanding of equipment safety and job site protocols • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions • Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must • Must be able to pass additional screenings including a background& MVR background and a Drug screen that does include THC

The hourly rate for this position is $28.00-$34.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
