Location: 100% remote PST Required: • 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst (process) • Preferred: Salesforce/SalesConnect • Preferred: Process Improvement, Lean Six Sigma Certifications • BA Degree required
Job Description:
1. Support development of end-to-end enterprise future state process for KP sell and renew processes
2. Support enterprise business process standardization efforts ahead of sales platform solution development
3. Develop interim processes and workarounds for sales platform solution
4. Provide training support and development of desktop-level procedures
