Staffing with Bliss is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Jacksonville, FL to hire an Operations Supervisor who thrives in a hands-on, mechanically driven environment.

This is not a desk job.

This role is ideal for someone who understands equipment, enjoys solving problems in real time, and takes pride in keeping operations running at peak performance while leading a team to success.

What You’ll Own

· Lead daily manufacturing and warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency and accountability

· Oversee equipment performance, preventive maintenance, and repairs to reduce downtime

· Drive production output while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

· Coach, develop, and lead production and warehouse teams

· Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives

· Partner with leadership to improve workflows and plant performance

What We’re Looking For

· 3–5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments

· Strong mechanical aptitude and maintenance experience

· Experience overseeing equipment, repairs, or maintenance programs

· Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability

· Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

· Military leadership or technical experience (preferred)

· Background in maintenance leadership or equipment reliability (preferred)
