HIGHLIGHTS: • ARRT [required]at least 24 months of X-Ray experience in clinic or hospital setting [required] • IA radiology license [highly preferred] -- will accept non-licensed candidates (MUST apply for license at acceptance) • Equipment experience: Phillips[required] • Equipment experience: Carestream portables[preferred] • proficient Operating Room experience; [required] • proficiency equipment experience: GE OEC c-arm [required] • Equipment experience: Siemens Cysto [higly preferred] • Fluoro experience [required] • 1st time travelers welcome; must have at least 24 months of X-Ray experience • Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current X-Ray experience[required] • Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (X-Ray) [required] • Active Iowa/IA license/IDPH State Permit [highly preferred] [document] • Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date[preferred] • Driver s License[document] [required] • AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS - basic life support [required] • ARRT certificate [required]

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: • Avg of daily patient scans per day for all techs: 100 • On Call: weekend rotation • Weekend Description: call schedule
