Press Brake Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Press Brake Operator to join our team. The Press Brake Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal to specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities: • Set up and operate press brake machines according to blueprints, drawings, or specifications. • Select, install, and adjust machine tools, dies, and fixtures as required. • Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards. • Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy. • Perform routine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized. • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines. Requirements: • High school diploma or GED required. • Previous press brake operating experience preferred. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Strong math skills and ability to use measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.). • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. • Dependable attendance and punctuality. • Willingness to follow safety rules and maintain a safe work environment. • Must pass a drug screen and background check prior to employment.
