PrideStaff Atlanta South is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll Specialist to join a rapidly growing, industry-leading trade contractor in Fayetteville, GA. In this role, you will be the backbone of the accounting department. Key Responsibilities • Payroll Processing: Manage and execute weekly/bi-weekly payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees. • Data Verification: Review timecards, resolve discrepancies, and track overtime, PTO, and deductions. • Bilingual Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries in both English and Spanish. • Accounting Support: Assist the finance team with basic accounts payable/receivable tasks, data entry, and general ledger reconciliations. • Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Position Requirements • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated payroll and general accounting experience. • Language: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is strictly required. • Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar) and Microsoft Excel. • Reliability: Ability to start asap and commit to the 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM schedule.
