Store Hours: Monday - Saturday, 10:00am-8:00pm & Sunday, 12:00pm-6:00pm • *Must be open to working any shift within these hours** Pay Rate: $16/hour Location: Kennesaw, GA 30144 Experience: 2+ years of retail Customer Service Associate experience

Temporary Customer Service Associate Responsibilities: • Answering customer phone calls. • Perform tasks at hand in an efficient, smart, and productive manner. • Create service orders for customers & process finance payments. • Work well in a fast-paced environment & communicate effectively with others. • Maintain a positive attitude and pleasant nature with all customers. • Effectively handling all customer service issues.

Temporary Customer Service Associate Skills: • Positive attitude, efficient, and motivated. • Over the phone support experience. • Effective interpersonal communication skills. • Computer friendly. • Exceptional "people" skills.

Temporary Customer Service Associate Requirements: • Previous experience in related field. • Able to provide 2 professional references. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen. • Must be able to work the required shift which can include but is not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
