Responsibilities: • Welcome and register event attendees with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Assist in the setup of event spaces • Assist in the distribution of materials, handouts, or promotional items. • Provide directional assistance and answer questions from guests and participants. • Collaborate with the event coordination team to address any issues or needs that arise during the event.
Requirements: • Experience in events • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction. • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to event setup.
Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
