Job Description
Looking for a Room Team Leader in Hodgkins to help lead daily operations in a dynamic production environment. This position is a strong fit for someone who can motivate others, stay organized under pressure, and help keep workflow on track from start to finish. You will support the team on the floor, coordinate priorities, communicate expectations clearly, and promote quality, safety, and accountability.
Leadership experience in manufacturing is a plus, but strong communication, dependability, and a hands-on mindset are essential.
