Summary: Performs operations to prepare substrates for Parylene coating, including cleaning, surface preparation, and masking. After the coating process, preforms demasking, inspection and packaging. Shift/Pay Details: · 1st shift · 6am – 3:30pm · $14.50 Location: Park 100 Area Job Description: • Follows the designated processes, work instructions, Manufacturing Standard Procedures. • Performs cleaning and preparation of customer product for masking and / or coating process using basic cleaning/preparatory techniques. • Ability to successfully demonstrate competency of Latex Masking and Scalpel Blade demasking utilizing precision dispense equipment, stereo microscope, scalpel blade, templates, and coupons. • Performs masking/demasking and inspections tasks using methods and materials as specified in the designated process using small hand and power tools, microscope and other support equipment. • Complies with Electrostatic Discharge handling requirements when appropriate. • Performs fixturing/defixturing of parts and assemblies. • Properly inspect, disassemble, clean, and or refurbish and reassemble coating fixtures. • Very Flexible work schedule* • Training can be up to 3months* • Sit down at desk job* #Indy
