Job Description

About the Company

At Nilsine Partners, we are seeking a growth-minded, service-oriented Senior Wealth Advisor to join our team. This individual will collaborate closely with clients and existing Advisors to deliver high-touch, personalized service within a fast-growing RIA managing nearly $2 billion in assets. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who exemplifies Nilsine Partners’ core values – Nothing Without Trust, Pursuit of Improvement, Real Everyday Authenticity, and Your Family, My Family, Our Family – in every interaction with clients, colleagues, and the community.

About the Role

A Senior Wealth Advisor is expected to nurture and elevate every interaction with the firm’s clients and prospects, fostering trust and long-term relationships that drive growth. As the primary point of contact for their assigned clients, the Senior Wealth Advisor delivers thoughtful, collaborative advice and guidance while identifying opportunities to deepen existing relationships and attract new ones. Beyond these responsibilities, this position offers a dynamic opportunity to expand the advisor’s own book of business, contribute to the firm’s continued growth, and play a key role in advancing its market presence.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead comprehensive wealth management engagements—overseeing financial planning, investment strategy, and portfolio management—while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client service delivery.

· Serve as the primary advisor and relationship owner, providing proactive, high-touch service and guidance that deepens client trust and loyalty.

· Drive business development initiatives by cultivating prospective client relationships, expanding the advisor’s personal book of business, and contributing to the firm’s growth.

· Monitor and manage client portfolios to maintain alignment with goals, risk tolerance, and each client’s Investment Policy Statement.

· Deliver timely market insights and performance updates, engaging clients through personalized meetings, communications, and educational events.

· Leverage firm resources to enhance client outcomes, identify new opportunities, and ensure all interactions and follow-ups are accurately documented in the CRM system.

· Represent Nilsine Partners at client, community, and industry events to strengthen relationships, promote the firm’s expertise, and identify new opportunities to expand the firm’s presence and influence within the wealth management community.

Personal Development

· Deepen technical expertise in wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategies through ongoing education and certifications.

· Strengthen leadership and mentoring skills by supporting the development of junior team members.

· Enhance business development capabilities through active networking, relationship building, and strategic growth initiatives.

· Cultivate emotional intelligence and communication skills to foster trust and authenticity with clients and colleagues.

· Seek and act on feedback to refine professional performance and client service excellence.

· Maintain a proactive mindset toward learning, innovation, and adapting to industry trends.

· Demonstrate accountability and ownership in driving individual and team success.

The Ideal Candidate

· 7+ years in wealth management presenting financial plans and delivering performance data to clients.

· CFP® preferred; Series 65 or 66 required or obtainable within 90 days of hire.

· Technologically savvy with strong competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; hands-on experience with financial planning software.

· Exceptional communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive in all client and team interactions.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service.

· Team player with a “no-ego” approach—able to work with and through others; proactive self-starter who takes initiative.
