Role and Responsibilities of Order Fulfillment Associate:

As Order Fulfillment Associate, you will move materials and completed assemblies between departments, expedite part shortages, and maintain accurate stock documentation. You will operate material handling equipment, process system transactions, and assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control while supporting junior team members as needed. • Manage the physical movement of materials, handle finished assemblies, and oversee stock transfers between various departments • Unearth supplies and expedite the rectification of part deficits across the facility • Check and maintain records related to inventory levels and shortfall analysis • Safely and proficiently manage the use of equipment for material movement • Depend on computer systems to oversee and process the transactions involved in the flow of materials • Help with shipping and receiving operations as well as inventory control activities • Support and mentor new material handlers; participate in special tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Experience of Order Fulfillment Associate: • - Demonstrated proficiency accumulated over a two-year period in material handling, warehouse functions, or stockroom duties • Skilled in lifting objects of up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods without any problems • Ability to effectively handle basic computer transactions for inventory/material distribution • Proficient in understanding MRP principles and routing procedures for departmental materials

Preferred Qualifications for Order Fulfillment Associate: • Overseeing inventory gaps and aligning efforts with production departments for effective solutions • Ease in handling and using standard material moving tools and equipment
