Job Summary

HR Generalist needed to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced agricultural production environment. This role assists with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and payroll support for a high-volume workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of seasonal and full-time employees

• Assist with employee relations, attendance, and performance issues

• Maintain HR records and ensure labor law compliance

• Support payroll and timecard review

• Coordinate training and safety programs

• Assist with audits, reporting, and HR administration

Qualifications

• 2 years HR experience preferred (manufacturing, agriculture, or warehouse a plus)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with high-volume staffing preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
