Job Description

Intercare Therapy is dedicated to providing evidence-based behavioral therapies that assist children affected by autism spectrum disorders. As a Behavioral Health or ABA Program Supervisor, you will lead as the onsite case supervisor, refining your case management skills daily. This role includes developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Behavioral Interventionists (BIs), and providing essential education and training for client caregivers. You must be prepared to drive 30 to 60 miles each day and be available to supervise client sessions between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends.

Required Credentials/Experience: • Completed Master's degree in a relevant field • In progress with BCBA is preferred • Strong skills in ABA, Program Management, and clinical practice • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and interpersonal skills • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a collaborative attitude • Bilingual skills are valued
