Regal Staffing Services is hiring for Quality Assurance Inspector in the Carrollton area! Pay Rate: $20-23.00 /hr DOE Shift: 1st Shift (7:00am-3:30 PM, Monday - Friday) Must be flexible for overtime as needed Job Responsibilities: • Inspect products during key stages of assembly. • Maintain and update in-process inspection checklists. • Report critical in-line issues and challenges; develop clear visual guides for the assembly team. • Issue quality alerts for product or process non-conformances found on the production line. • Detect and correct defects immediately. Submit Non-Conformance Notices (NCNs) and support the Director of Quality with weekly NCN follow-ups. • Manage the MRB (Material Review Board) process, conduct real-time root cause analysis, and execute immediate dispositions. • Provide feedback to design and manufacturing engineers to improve drawings and work instructions. • Offer suggestions to improve product quality and overall process performance. Requirements: • Use tools like calipers, micrometers, and height gauges • Must be able to speak fluently in both English and Spanish (reporting must be done in English). • 3 years’ experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related field. • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct defects quickly. • Working knowledge of root cause analysis and MRB procedures. • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. • High school diploma • Reliable transportation • Pass a background check How to Apply: Apply Online: www.applyregal.com For questions, please visit our Carrollton Branch: 2410 Luna Rd, Suite 180, Carrollton, TX
