Assembler / Test Technician Arlington, TX 76001 Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Join a Growing Manufacturing Team! Regal Staffing Services is currently seeking an experienced Assembler / Test Technician for a leading manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX. This position plays a critical role in the assembly, installation, testing, and handling of large steel components while supporting various manufacturing and engineering operations throughout the facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Assist in the safe and efficient assembly of large steel components, tools, and equipment.

• Operate manual and pneumatic hand tools, hydraulic torque wrenches, tensioning devices, hydraulic presses, steam systems, overhead cranes, and forklifts.

• Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and team leads.

• Support mechanical testing programs and manufacturing procedures.

• Cross-train and assist in multiple departments, including production, machine operation, and molding.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required.

• Experience using common hand tools and reading blueprints.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety with a proven safety record.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and continuously improve processes.

Physical Requirements • Ability to stand, bend, climb, and move throughout the shift.

• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

• Occasionally lift 75-100 lbs. with assistance.

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
