Ensure patients receive the care they need beyond the clinic. This role manages referrals and coordination for specialty services in a complex healthcare system. Location: MOMMC, Nellis AFB, NV Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0700–1700

Position Overview Handles referral processing, tracking, and coordination between patients, providers, and external care facilities.
