Overview

In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting seamless warehouse distribution. Duties

• Prepare and package products for shipment using appropriate packaging materials and techniques

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently

• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory levels, process orders, and update shipment statuses

• Pick, pack, and organize orders accurately according to order picker instructions and order picking protocols

• Ensure proper stock rotation and maintain organized storage areas for easy access during order fulfillment

• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to support warehouse distribution accuracy

• Load outbound shipments onto trucks, ensuring compliance with safety standards and shipping regulations

Experience

• Prior warehouse experience with a focus on shipping & receiving operations is preferred

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar platforms is highly advantageous

• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment is required; certification is a plus

• Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately

• Knowledge of e-commerce order fulfillment processes including picking & packing and order picking procedures

• Ability to work efficiently with RF scanners and MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) for inventory control

• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential
