QC Technician (Entry-Level) – 3rd Shift | $20/hr | Training Provided

Overview Rite Staff is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Technician to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The QC Technician plays a key role in ensuring products meet required specifications and quality standards through inspections, measurements, and documentation. Key Responsibilities • Perform visual inspections of parts and assemblies to identify defects • Conduct first article inspections (FAI) based on engineering drawings and specifications • Measure parts using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and go/no-go gauges • Verify dimensions and tolerances and accurately document results • Identify and report nonconforming materials • Maintain inspection records and complete required documentation • Follow all standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards • Assist with basic quality investigations and continuous improvement efforts Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required • Entry-level position — training provided • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions • Basic understanding of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) preferred • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings is a plus • Good communication and documentation skills Requirements • Must be able to work 3rd shift consistently • Must be able to complete training on 1st shift • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle small components • Must have reliable transportation (travel between facilities approximately 1 mile apart) • Strong attendance and reliability are required Preferred Qualifications • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment • Familiarity with go/no-go gauges • Basic understanding of quality control processes Why This Opportunity Stands Out • Entry-level opportunity with training provided • Hands-on experience in quality control and inspection • Long-term growth potential within manufacturing • Stable full-time schedule • Opportunity to develop technical skills Apply Today We are actively hiring for this position.
