Our company is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Billing Specialist to support the finance and accounting team with invoicing, billing operations, and account reconciliation. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely mannerVerify billing data and resolve discrepanciesMaintain billing records and supporting documentationCommunicate with internal departments and clients regarding billing questionsReconcile billing accounts and assist with account researchMonitor outstanding invoices and support collections efforts as neededEnsure compliance with company policies and billing proceduresAssist with month-end billing close activitiesPerform data entry and reporting related to billing functionsProvide general administrative support to the accounting team as needed
