We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented HR Generalist to oversee human resources functions while supporting accounting operations. The ideal candidate will excel in managing employee benefits, payroll, and financial tasks, while maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and precision.Responsibilities:• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employer-matching contributions.• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated and all compliance requirements are met.• Process payroll accurately and on time, utilizing systems such as Paycom or other HRIS platforms.• Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations related to human resources and employee benefits.• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.• Assist with billing operations and maintain proper financial documentation and records.• Prepare and file regulatory documents in compliance with legal standards and deadlines.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR and accounting inquiries or resolve issues.• Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records while ensuring data confidentiality.• Provide support during audits and financial reviews, ensuring all requirements are met.
