We are looking for an experienced Inventory expert to join our team in Waterloo, Iowa. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing inventory processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities:
• Oversee the migration of inventory tracking processes into Brightree, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
• Analyze, validate, and clean existing inventory data for effective system implementation.
• Develop and enforce robust inventory control procedures to maintain data integrity.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and address issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align accounting and inventory workflows.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency within Brightree.
• Ensure Brightree is fully utilized for inventory management by the end of the project timeline.
• Provide guidance and expertise during system transitions to drive successful outcomes.
• Monitor and report on inventory metrics to support organizational goals • Extensive experience in inventory accounting and control processes. • Proven track record in managing inventory system implementations or data migration projects. • Familiarity with Brightree is highly preferred, with the ability to learn quickly if not experienced. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including handling and analyzing large datasets. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not required. • Background in process improvement initiatives or system transitions is beneficial.
