EH&S Coordinator II – Commercial Construction Aurora, CO $35–$44/hr | Contract-to-Hire | URGENT NEED

I’m working with a well-established contractor that is actively ramping up and needs an EH&S Coordinator II ASAP to support commercial construction projects in the Aurora area.

What You’ll Be Doing: • Lead and enforce jobsite safety compliance across active commercial construction projects • Conduct daily site walks, audits, and safety inspections • Drive JHAs, toolbox talks, and safety meetings • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies • Investigate incidents, track trends, and implement corrective actions • Work closely with superintendents, foremen, and field crews to maintain a strong safety culture • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and safety records

What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years of construction safety experience (commercial/industrial preferred) • Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations • Experience supporting active jobsites (not just office-based safety) • Ability to communicate directly with field teams and enforce standards • Comfortable being hands-on and visible on site daily • OSHA 30 required (OSHA 500 is a plus)
