Physical Therapist (CA, AZ, NM, WA)

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality

clinical services. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop

treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent

patient outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is

medically necessary.

• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and

medical necessity.

• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering

quality care.

• Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and

Medicare regulations.

• Skills: Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time

management abilities.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and

remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy

program.

• Licensure: Current state licensure and CPR certification.
