A company is looking for a Manager/Associate Manager-Country Office and Project Finance & Accounting. Key Responsibilities Lead project finance operations, including financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with GAAP and donor regulations Oversee project budgets, prepare invoices, and investigate variances, providing monthly reports to management Collaborate with staff to train on finance procedures and support audit activities to ensure compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field 6-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in a nonprofit environment Expert knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and 2CFR200 Solid experience in cradle-to-grave project finances, including financial reporting to donors Experience with financial software such as Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT and QuickBooks is a plus
