Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Maintain and repair industrial power distribution systems.

• Service, troubleshoot, and rebuild stamping presses and associated equipment, including feeders.

• Perform maintenance on CNC machine tools and related equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electronic systems, including CNC controls, PLCs, and relay logic controls.

• Maintain and repair AC/DC drives, servo motors and controls, transformers, and generators.

• Utilize electrical testing equipment such as ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and multimeters to diagnose equipment issues.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

• Perform equipment installations, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.

• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for mechanical and electrical systems.

• Experience with stamping presses and rebuilding associated equipment such as feeders.

• Knowledge of industrial power distribution systems.

• Experience with CNC machine controls, PLCs, and relay logic.

• Understanding of AC/DC drives, servo motors and controls, transformers, and generators.

• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including troubleshooting and repair.

• Proficient in using electrical testing equipment, including ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and multimeters.

• Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.

• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Pay: $26.21 - $31.57 per hour
