Welder / Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire

Pay: $30-34/hour Shift: 1st Shift | Overtime: Mandatory overtime as needed

We are seeking a skilled Welder / Industrial Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity. This role focuses on welding repairs, fabrication work, and supporting maintenance of industrial equipment in a heavy-duty recycling environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Welds/repairs trailers, roll-off containers and lugger containers.

• Repairs shredder, conveyors and other machinery as needed.

• May include fabrication duties.

• Assists the maintenance department with preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.

• Operates equipment as needed.

• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 - 50 pounds.

• Welding (stick) and fabricating skills are required.

Experience Level

• 2-3 years welding experience

• 2-3 years preventative maintenance experience
