## Join Our Accounting Team
Sizemore Inc. is looking for an accounting specialist to join our client's team. We're seeking someone who specializes in AP/AR (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable) work. This is a contract-to-hire position, so it's a great opportunity to prove yourself and potentially become a permanent member of our family business.
## Compensation and Schedule
Based on your experience, you'll earn between $17 to $23 per hour. This is a full-time role working 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
## What You'll Be Doing
You'll handle a mix of accounts receivable and accounts payable responsibilities, keeping our financial operations running smoothly. • *On the Accounts Receivable side**, you'll manage daily cash deposits, post AR payments as they come in, pursue collections on past due balances, and reconcile credit card processing to ensure accuracy. You'll also handle general accounting procedures related to receivables. • *For Accounts Payable**, your responsibilities include matching packing lists against invoices, verifying the costs on items we've received, entering invoices into our payable system, tracking returns, and following up on any order shortages or discrepancies. You'll also handle general accounting needs as they pertain to AP.
