Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Labor Foreman for an immediate start in Nashville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader to step into a key role on an active construction site with consistent hours and the potential for long-term employment.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $30–$35/hr (based on experience)

• Hours: 8–10 hour shifts, starting at 7:00 AM

• Schedule: Monday–Friday (approximately 40–50 hours per week)

• Start Date: Immediate

• Duration: Temporary to Permanent opportunity

Position Overview

The Labor Foreman will oversee daily field operations, lead crews, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. This role requires a strong balance of leadership and hands-on labor, working closely with superintendents to coordinate daily priorities and keep the job site moving productively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct labor crews on an active construction site

• Coordinate daily work tasks with site superintendents

• Oversee general labor activities including:

• Spreading gravel

• Installing toe boards and handrails

• Site cleanup and organization

• Water pump-out and site drainage

• Moving barricades and managing site logistics

• Coordinating dumpster swaps and waste removal

• Track materials and anticipate upcoming job needs

• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

• Assist with hands-on labor duties as needed

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews in construction or industrial settings

• Strong ability to communicate with superintendents and team members

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage daily workflow

• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment

• Experience with general site labor and cleanup operations

• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks (up to 50 lbs)

• Reliable transportation required

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
