HR Generalist

Location: Renton WA Salary: $32-$38 an hour DOE Schedule: Flexible schedule – 8am – 2pm M-Th or 8am – 1pm M-F Industry: Engineering

Position Summary

Growing company seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations. Responsibilities include administrative support, compliance tracking, E-Verify processing, Pay Velocity support, employee file maintenance, and HR documentation management.

What You'll Do:

· Maintain employee files and HR documentation

· Process and track E-Verify submissions

· Support compliance and audit-related activities

· Assist with Pay Velocity payroll administration and reporting

· Ensure onboarding and personnel records are accurate and up to date

· Manage filing, record retention, and document organization

· Provide general HR administrative support as needed

What We're Looking For:

· Previous HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Administrative experience

· Experience with E-Verify and HR compliance processes

· Familiarity with Pay Velocity payroll software preferred

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
