We are seeking dependable 1st Shift Production Assembly Workers to support the daily manufacturing and packaging operations on our assembly lines. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are accurately filled, labeled, packaged, and prepared for distribution.

Shift- 1st 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri Pay-15.00hr Temp to Hire- 90 Days

Key Responsibilities: • Operate and monitor assembly line machinery, fillers, cappers, and labeling equipment. • Hand-assemble components as needed to keep production flowing. • Inspect bottles, cans, labels, and packaging materials for defects or inconsistencies. • Perform quality checks to ensure correct fill levels, seals, and product appearance. • Pack finished goods into cases, stack onto pallets, and prepare for shipment. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety and 5S standards. • Meet hourly production goals in a high-speed manufacturing environment. • Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE requirements when working with chemicals. • Communicate any equipment issues, jams, or material shortages to line leads or supervisors. • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs for the duration of the shift. • Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset. • Must be comfortable working in a production environment with consistent movement and repetitive tasks.
