Machine Setup: Load materials (wire, insulation, paper), set up mandrels, and configure machine parameters per work orders. Operations: Operate center or surface winders to produce materials according to specifications. Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure proper tension, alignment, and dimension. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform daily cleaning, routine maintenance, and minor repairs on equipment. Documentation: Maintain production logs, record material usage, and report machine downtime.
