Tool & Trucking Dispatcher job at Snelling Staffing Services. Midland, TX. Seeking a Tool & Trucking Dispatcher for a well-established company!
Job duties include:
• Coordinate all dispatches and trucking loads • Determine the best delivery method • Identify and evaluate special needs for each load • Resolve issues that may arise and could affect schedule for pick up & delivery • Keep records for all loads and maintain logs of incoming and outgoing calls • Plan and execute rig transfers and yard to yard deliveries • Coordination between operations, shipping & receiving, and motor shop • Assist tool administrators in locating lost tools • Prepare customer documentation for export • Control inventory room and track major components • Respond to after-hours issues Requirements:
• Previous dispatch experience • Previous inventory, shipping & receiving background • Applicants will be background and drug screened for this position This company offers great pay based on experience!
