Job Title: Warehouse Associate II Location: Akron, Ohio Job Type: Full-time

Shift 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Overview We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented workers with experience in packaging, production, and warehouse operations, including transactional shipping and receiving functions. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with inventory systems, documentation, and shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities • Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment • Operate packaging and material handling equipment • Scan, label, and verify inventory using warehouse systems • Assist with receiving, stock placement, and inventory control • Perform transactional shipping and receiving tasks, including: • Creating and processing Purchase Orders (POs) • Generating and reviewing Bills of Lading (BOLs) • Verifying shipment documentation for accuracy • Coordinate outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas • Support production and assembly lines as needed • Follow all shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures accurately

Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, packaging, or logistics • Experience with transactional shipping and receiving, including BOLs, POs, and inventory systems • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods • High school diploma or GED • Basic computer skills (data entry, scanning systems, inventory tracking) • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment

Schedule • Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts • Overtime as needed

Compensation • Competitive hourly rate (up to $18/hour)
