Our client in the Avondale, AZ area is currently seeking a Logistics Routing Coordinator to support their wholesale routing operations. In this role, you will interpret and apply customer-specific vendor routing guidelines to ensure orders are routed accurately and shipped on time. Key responsibilities include reviewing B2B order status reports to confirm shipping windows and processing (waving) B2B orders through the company’s WMS platforms in alignment with routing requirements.

The Day-to-Day:

• Entering the 3rd party portals for pack out / ASN entry

• UCC labels printing for clients using 3rd party portals

• Manual ASN Transmission for non-EDI integrated clients via 3rd party portal

• Route and coordinate LTL / Freight shipments following client/customer routing guides

• Routing of POs across various retail customers

• Initiate quote requests with various freight carriers to meet client needs

• Greet, document, and obtain proper sign-offs for carrier pick-ups.

• Coordinate with dock drivers (internal and external) to load trucks and obtain proper sign-off

• General BOL, packing slips, etc. to meet routing requirements for customers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• EDI experience is a MUST

• Associate’s degree in business administration, logistics, or related strongly preferred but not required

• 1-3 years of experience in a fulfillment center warehouse environment or related

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

• Ability to multitask

• Basic math skills

• Proven history of reliability and punctuality

• MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SPS, Deposco, and Netsuite experience a plus

Pay Rate/Shifts:

• $19.50 /hr

• Monday to Friday (Must be available weekends)

• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Subject to change)
