Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support light manufacturing operations at our Pennsylvania facility. The Machine Operator will work with non-hazardous chemicals and operate production equipment while supporting general shop operations as needed.

Responsibilities: • Operate assigned production machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety standards. • Monitor machine performance to ensure performance and uptime • Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment. • Maintain high attention to detail to detect defects or inconsistencies in materials or finished goods. • Follow all safety procedures, including disciplined and consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). • Handle and process chemicals safely and responsibly. • Package finished goods according to company standards. • Accurately complete production logs and documentation. • Utilize basic computer systems and office software for data entry, reporting, and communication.

Education: High School • HS or GED

Experience: 12 months • Technical or mechanical aptitude., Experience performing basic machine maintenance., Experience working with production equipment or similar machinery.

Physical: • Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs) • Standing / Walking • Repetitive Motion • Bending / Stooping / Kneeling • Pushing / Pulling
