Schedule & Compensation

• Pay: $16.46 per hour

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm

Job Summary & Responsibilities In this role, you’ll perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of electric and gas-powered golf carts. You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, following detailed service orders to ensure every cart is performing at its best.

Your day-to-day will involve installing and replacing components like batteries, tires, brakes, and motors while keeping a clean, organized workspace. You’ll also conduct thorough inspections and maintain accurate service records to ensure high-quality results for our neighbors in The Villages.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Previous mechanical knowledge or experience

• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics

• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience as a golf cart technician

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• A detail-oriented approach to technical troubleshooting
