Job Description:
As an Industrial Painter, your job is to paint or powder-coat parts so they look exactly how the customer wants them.
Responsibilities: • Painting/Powder-Coating products to meet customer specifications • Pretreating, cleaning, masking, and priming a variety of parts • Performing quality checks • Loading parts onto the line • Sanding and correcting parts as needed • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Education: High School • High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 12 months • 1+ year of powder coating and mixing experience • 1+ year of experience with painting on a conveyor system line • Experience with ERP systems • Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings • Basic computer skills • Inventory management
Physical: • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
