Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper/Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional industrial warehouse environment. This position is responsible for grounds upkeep, warehouse housekeeping, equipment operation, and general exterior and interior cleaning duties.
The ideal candidate is safety-focused, able to work independently or with a team, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM • 30-minute lunch break • Weekend work as needed • No on-call requirements
Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Pick up and dispose of trash throughout the property • Clean and maintain parking lots and walkways • Pressure wash exterior surfaces, docks, and common areas • Clean trailer yard areas • Perform dock cleaning and warehouse housekeeping tasks • Clean interior and exterior windows • Operate ride-on sweepers and ride-on auto scrubbers safely and efficiently • Perform floor care duties, including waxing and polishing floors • Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse and exterior areas • Follow all company safety policies and procedures • Report maintenance or safety concerns to leadership • Assist with additional cleaning or grounds duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements • Previous groundskeeping, housekeeping, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred • Experience operating ride-on cleaning equipment preferred • Valid driver’s license required • Reliable transportation required • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and work ethic • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred • Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions • Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time
Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions

Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
